You will need a square dish and a microwave-safe bowl to get started.
Melt the chocolate: Add the white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk to a microwave-safe bowl and heat for 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between each time, until the white chocolate is just melted.
Don’t overheat, or the white chocolate may seize and thicken.

Pour: Pour the mixture into a square dish lined with parchment paper. Use a knife to spread evenly in the dish.
Decorate: Spread Halloween themed sprinkles and candy corn over the top of the fudge.

Refrigerate: Place the fudge in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until set.
Serve: Cut the fudge into small squares and serve!
Recipe Tips For Success
Melt in short bursts: Heat the condensed milk and white chocolate chips in short increments, stirring well each time, to avoid scorching or seizing the chocolate.
Line your pan: Using parchment paper makes it easy to lift the fudge out cleanly once it’s set.
Press toppings in gently: Add the candy corn and sprinkles right after pouring and press slightly so they stick to the surface of the fudge as it sets in the fridge.

How To Store Homemade Fudge
Store homemade fudge in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
You can also make this sweet treat ahead of time and freeze for up to 3 months.
To freeze, simply slice the chilled fudge into squares, wrap in plastic wrap, then wrap in foil, and place in a sealed freezer bag. Label the bag. Try to position the fudge upright, as freezing may cause the sprinkles and candy corn to fall off if bumped.
Thaw the bag of fudge overnight in the fridge, then unwrap and serve!
