Ingredients
To make chocolate caramel pretzel treats you’ll need the following ingredients. Note that you can find the specific quantities and steps in the recipe card below.

- Snap pretzels: These square pretzels are perfect for layering and dipping in chocolate. You can also use pretzel twists.
- White chocolate: I recommend using candy melts or melting wafers for easy dipping. Ghirardelli is a great choice.
- Soft caramel candy: The caramel is sandwiched between two snap pretzels, so you need to use a soft caramel that can be cut and squished easily.
- Sprinkles: Use your favorite Easter themed sprinkles. I use pastel confetti sprinkles and carrrot sprinkles for this recipe – but you can use any type of festive sprinkles.

You will need a large tray, bowl, and parchment paper to get started.
Step 1: Line a large tray with parchment paper and lay the pretzel snaps out on the tray.

Step 2: Cut the soft salted caramels into thirds (or whatever size fits onto your pretzels) and place the caramel in the center of half the pretzels. Sandwich the caramel with another pretzel on top, pressing together gently.

Step 3: Melt the white chocolate in the microwave and dip each pretzel treat halfway into the chocolate. place on the parchment paper and cover with festive Easter sprinkles.
Leave to dry on the tray for 30-60 minutes, or until the chocolate has set.

Recipe Tips For Success
- Ensure you use soft caramels and cut the caramels so they cover most of the pretzel for a rich gooey center.
- Be gentle when pressing the top pretzel down to avoid cracking the base.
- Dip quickly and let excess chocolate drip off to keep the coating smooth and not too thick. Also add sprinkles immediately after dipping so they stick before the chocolate sets.

How To Store Pretzel Candy Bites
Store: Chocolate covered pretzel treats should be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
Don’t place them in the refrigerator, or the pretzels may go soft. If the chocolate has softened, place them briefly in the fridge to firm up before serving.
These easter treats are not suitable for freezing.
