In a medium mixing bowl or jug, combine the whole milk and heavy cream. Stir or shake well to combine.
Add the hazelnut syrup, taste and adjust if necessary.
Stir in the vanilla extract and cinnamon (if using) and stir or shake to combine well.
Pour the creamer into a sealed jar or creamer jug and store in the fridge until needed.
Shake well before use then add to your hot and iced coffee drinks and enjoy!
Remaining creamer can be stored in the fridge for up to 7 days.

My homemade hazelnut syrup is easy to make and the perfect ingredient to use in this homemade creamer! If using store bought hazelnut syrup, start with 2-3 tablespoons and taste before adding more.
