Discover how to make cinnamon coffee creamer at home with this simple homemade coffee creamer recipe and enjoy the cozy, spiced cinnamon flavors in your hot and iced coffee drinks.
Combine sweetened condensed milk, milk, vanilla and cinnamon in a quart sized jar or bowl with a spout.
Cover with the lid and shake or whisk until well combined.
Store in the refrigerator, and shake (or whisk) well before use as the ingredients will settle when in the fridge.
Notes
Condensed milk can size is assumed to be 14 oz - or equal to 1 3/4 cups.
Half & half can be used instead of milk, and any type of milk can be used - whole dairy milk, skim, almond, soy, oat or canned coconut milk.
Use the best quality vanilla extract you can find for the best tasting creamer. Vanilla essence is not as rich in flavor, so if using that instead you may need to add a little more to achieve a good vanilla flavor.
Store creamer in the fridge for as long as the "sell by" date of the milk in your creamer. Use fresh milk to extend the life of your creamer - usually up to 1 week.
I generally use 3 tablespoons of this creamer in my coffee, so I have set this as the serving size.
Cinnamon coffee creamer can be used in hot coffees, cold brew coffee, iced coffees and milkshakes!
