Ingredients
1
cup
strong brewed coffee
cooled
2
bananas
frozen and diced
1
tablespoon
cacao powder
1
cup
milk
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until creamy and frothy.
Pour into 2 tall glasses.
Sprinkle the top with a little extra cacao (optional) and enjoy!
Notes
If you don't have leftover coffee, simply brew a batch and pop 1 cup of coffee in the fridge to cool for a few minutes.
When using an espresso machine, pull 2 shots and top up with cold water to make 1 cup of coffee.
No frozen bananas? No problem! Just add fresh bananas and throw a cup of ice cubes into the blender with the other ingredients.
Use your preferred milk - full cream, skinny, coconut, almond or soy all work well.
