Add ice cubes to the cocktail shaker and pour the rum, Baileys, espresso and eggnog into the shaker.
2 cups ice cubes, 1 oz dark spiced rum, 1 oz Baileys Vanilla Cinnamon, 1 oz espresso, 4 oz eggnog
Place the lid back on the shaker and shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds until frothy and chilled.
Immediately strain into your cocktail glass and garnish with a dash of cinnamon and 3 coffee beans.
ground cinnamon, 3 coffee beans
Notes
I like to use Baileys Vanilla Cinnamon to add a warm vanilla flavor, but you can use any type of Baileys or even Kahlua if that is what you have on hand.
If you don't have dark spiced rum, plain rum works well, or even vodka or bourbon.
Use large ice cubes (not flakes or crushed) so the espresso doesn't melt and water down your cocktail.
Espresso works best but you could use cold brew concentrate if you don't have an espresso machine.
You can make this dairy free by using dairy-free eggnog, which is available in most grocery stores.
