Spread the Lotus Biscoff cookie butter around the inside walls of your mug.
1 tablespoon Lotus biscoff spread
Pull a double shot of espresso into your mug.
2 shots espresso
Froth your milk with your espresso machine or warm the milk in the microwave and use a handheld frother to froth.
3/4 cup milk
Pour the frothed milk into your mug.
Break the Biscoff cookie into crumbs and sprinkle on top or serve on the side with your coffee.

You can also combine the Biscoff spread and coffee instead of spreading it on the walls of your mug. To do this, heat the cookie butter in the microwave for 10-20 seconds until it is soft then pour into your mug with the espresso and stir to combine.
If using brewed coffee instead of espresso, use 1/2 cup of strong brewed coffee.
To froth milk without an espresso machine, use an automatic milk frother or handheld frother.
