Treat yourself to a creamy tiramisu cold brew coffee! This easy cold brew coffee recipe layers cold brew with a rich tiramisu cold foam for one of the best homemade coffee drinks you'll ever try.
Sweeten the coffee: In a glass combine the cold brew coffee and simple syrup. Stir until combined, then fill the glass with ice cubes, leaving at least 1 inch of space at the top of the glass for the cold foam.
Make tiramisu foam: In a small bowl whisk together the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, mascarpone cheese, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and slightly thickened.
Layer the drink: Carefully pour or scoop the tiramisu cold foam on top of the cold coffee. Pour the foam over the back of a spoon held over the glass to help it form a distinct layer on top of the coffee.
Garnish: Use a small strainer to lightly dust the top of the tiramisu cream with cocoa powder to finish. Serve with a spoon and enjoy!
