Indulge in the warm, comforting flavors of Fall with this delightful homemade pumpkin spice coffee creamer. Made with a few simple and natural ingredients, this creamy blend of aromatic spices and pumpkin will transform your morning brew into a cozy seasonal treat.
Continue to cook for around 5 minutes (do not boil) until the mixture is infused with the spices. It should be fragrant.
Remove from the heat and once cooled slightly, strain the mixture into a jar.
Use right away in your coffee or store in an airtight container in the fridge until needed.
Notes
Homemade creamer will keep in the fridge for up to a week if sealed.
If you prefer something not as sweet, try using 1/2 a can of sweetened condensed milk with 1/2 cup heavy cream. It won't be as thick but still works really well and has a lower sugar content.
I use whole milk, but you can use any type of milk in this recipe.
