Combine instant coffee, sugar and hot water in a medium sized bowl.
4 tablespoons instant coffee, 2 tablespoons sugar, 6 tablespoons water
Whisk with a hand frother or electric blender until frothy.
Pour half the frothed coffee mixture into each glass.
Divide the eggnog between the two glasses and pour over the top of the whipped coffee mixture.
1.5 cups eggnog
Serve and enjoy!
Notes
You can make eggnog from scratch, but for a quick and easy holiday coffee drink, I simply use storebought eggnog.
This Dalgona coffee mix is very strong, to offset the sweetness of the eggnog. If you prefer a more subtle coffee flavor, use half the instant coffee and hot water to make the whipped coffee mix with the same amount of sugar.
