Holiday Eggnog Coffee Dalgona Style

This holiday eggnog coffee is quick and easy to make and the perfect way to enjoy your favorite eggnog and coffee this Christmas!

  • Combine instant coffee, sugar and hot water in a medium sized bowl.
    4 tablespoons instant coffee, 2 tablespoons sugar, 6 tablespoons water
  • Whisk with a hand frother or electric blender until frothy.
  • Pour half the frothed coffee mixture into each glass.
  • Divide the eggnog between the two glasses and pour over the top of the whipped coffee mixture.
    1.5 cups eggnog
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  1. You can make eggnog from scratch, but for a quick and easy holiday coffee drink, I simply use storebought eggnog.
  2. This Dalgona coffee mix is very strong, to offset the sweetness of the eggnog. If you prefer a more subtle coffee flavor, use half the instant coffee and hot water to make the whipped coffee mix with the same amount of sugar.
