Ingredients
1
cup
vanilla yogurt
1
cup
cold brew coffee
note 1
½
cup
milk chocolate
melted
½
cup
almonds
roughly chopped
½
cup
mini chocolate chips
Instructions
Add yogurt, coffee and melted chocolate to a blender and blend until smooth.
Place a few chopped almonds and mini chocolate chips into each popsicle mold.
Pour the blended liquid all the way to the top of each mold (you will want to fill them right to the top).
Add lid, insert the popsicle sticks and place in the freezer for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
To remove, run warm water around the outside of the molds for 10 seconds and gently remove the popsicle.
Notes
Any type of coffee can be used - it just needs to be cooled before combining with the yogurt which is why I prefer to use cold brew coffee.
You can use milk or dark chocolate in this popsicle recipe - or a mix like melted milk chocolate with dark chocolate chips.
I add the almonds and chocolate chips into each mold separately, as they tend to sink to the bottom if you add them to the mixture beforehand.
If you don't have a blender, simply whisk the ingredients in a bowl until combined.
