Christmas Iced Coffee With Coffee Ice Cubes

Have a little fun during the festive season with this easy Christmas iced coffee with coffee ice cubes. With cute gingerbread boy and girl coffee cubes, it is one of the easiest Christmas coffee drinks to make at home.

Coffee Ice Cubes

  • 2 cups brewed coffee

Christmas Iced Coffee

  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup strong brewed coffee
  • 4 coffee ice cubes

Instructions

Coffee Ice Cubes

  • Brew 2 cups of coffee, flavored to your liking (see note 1) and pour brewed coffee into ice cube tray.
    2 cups brewed coffee
  • Leave to cool and then place in the freezer for at least 4 hours or overnight to freeze.

Christmas Iced Coffee

  • When ice cubes are frozen, brew strong coffee (see note 2) and leave to cool.
    1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
  • Pour milk into glass and top with cooled brewed coffee.
    1/2 cup milk
  • Add several gingerbread man coffee ice cubes to your drink and serve!
    4 coffee ice cubes

Notes

  1. Coffee ice cubes can be made with any kind of brewed coffee (drip, french press, pour over). If you prefer a sweeter iced coffee, stir in a couple of teaspoons of sugar to the hot coffee before freezing.
  2. Brew a strong batch of coffee using your favorite method. It could be drip coffee, french press coffee, stovetop coffee or even espresso.
